We understand this may be a change for some families, but this system helps us serve more students efficiently and reliably. Parents should select the cluster stop that works best for their family, and students will be assigned to that location.
1. Why can’t my child be picked up at our house?
Door-to-door service can make routes much longer and less predictable. Cluster stops allow us to serve more students in less time and maintain consistent schedules.
2. How are cluster stops chosen?
We choose stops based on student enrollment patterns, safety, and accessibility. We aim to select locations with good parking or safe waiting areas.
3. Will my stop ever change?
Stops may be adjusted if ridership changes significantly. If that happens, families will be notified in advance.
4. What if I can’t get my child to the cluster stop?
Families are responsible for getting students to their assigned stop. Many parents arrange carpools with nearby families to make this easier.
5. How early should my child arrive at the stop?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to ensure they don’t miss the bus.
