TMSA offers morning and afternoon transportation for both elementary and secondary students through our partnership with Eagle Bus Service. Service is available at designated cluster stops in key areas of Concord and Charlotte. We do not provide door-to-door service. Cluster meeting points are preferable because they minimize the time students spend on the bus and the pick-up and drop-off times are consistent each day. Such reliability is never guaranteed with door-to-door service.
Eagle Bus Service is proud to partner with families to provide safe and reliable home-to-school transportation. Your participation in our fee-for-service program helps us extend transportation support to students who live the greatest distances from our schools.
Eagle Bus Service offers automatic draft payments directly to simplify billing, and maintains regular communication with bus families throughout the school year.
Parents can choose either round-trip or one-way service. Cluster meeting points are used to reduce overall ride time and help keep pickup and drop-off times consistent and predictable.
Detailed registration information for the 2025-2026 school year is provided below.
Monthly Bus Rider Fees:
$100 - First Child (Round Trip)
$90 - 1st Sibling (Round Trip)
$80 - 2nd Sibling (Round Trip)
$50 - First Child (One-Way)
$45 - Sibling (One-Way)
TERMS
Parents agree that all full year fees are paid on a monthly basis and will be drafted on the 25th of each month in advance of the following month. Daily pass fees are payable per occurrence. Full year fees are based on booked days, not attendance; therefore parents are responsible for fees whether child rides or not. (This includes club days, bus suspension, sick days and family vacation time). NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY WITHDRAWAL. Rate will be pro-rated according to start date. No regularly scheduled services shall be rendered without payment in full. Payments for all monthly scheduled routes will be made by automatic reoccurring draft from credit or debit cards, or bank accounts. Fees are non-refundable. There may be a 7% surcharge added to the standard fees when gasoline prices rise above $4.00 per gallon. Any damage to the bus that is willfully caused by your child will be replaced or repaired at the cost of the parent.
Termination: Eagle Bus Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any child without notice, should it be deemed necessary for the overall safety and well-being of other children on the bus.
Withdrawal: Parents agree that a minimum notice of one full month (notice given on the first of any given month) will be given for permanent withdrawal of any child from service or agree to pay a month’s fee in lieu of appropriate notice.
This registration process is for information gathering purposes only. Registration cutoff is August 7th. Once all information is collected, routes will be finalized and schedules will be created. We encourage all interested parents to register for bus service so your stop will be considered in the finalized routes.
We do not collect credit card information or process any payments until our staff has finalized our routes and your requested stop is still available. You will receive a confirmation email that your bus application has been approved and that your credit card will be charged. Bus confirmations will be emailed before school starts or by August 7, 2025.
